Baltic Climate School - CCB Course
6 July 2026
Description
The Baltic Climate School will take place in Curonian Spit, Lithuania, on 6-10 July 2026 which focused on unique landscape of the Curonian Spit National Park and the consequences of climate change on the Baltic coast. The co-organiser of this edition is Lithuanian Fund for Nature in collaboration with Curonian Spit National Park.
This year we dived into the consequences of climate change on the Lithuanian coast and answer the following questions:
- What are the effects of climate change on the Baltic Sea and the Polish coast?
- How do they influence the lives of the citizens from the Baltic Sea Region?
- What are the mitigation and adaptation measures?
- Which organizations and documents provide the steps for such measures?
- What can be done on a personal level?
