16.40 - 17.10: Updating the Statements of Compliance for UK protected areas and OECMs. By David Stroud, IUCN National Committee UK

17.10 - 17.40: What type of activities can be accepted in protected and conserved areas? By Nigel Dudley, Equilibrium Research

17.40 - 18.00: General discussion on protected areas.

Outcomes
- The 4th 30x30 WCPA Europe Webinar highlighted ways to contribute to reaching the 30x30 target.
- The presentations dealt with the management, handling and reporting of protected areas.
- As the main objective for the project PROTECT BALTIC, the 30x30 target of biodiversity protection highly interrelates with the current work within WP7.
- The particular analysis of the UK situation was particularly relevant since in 2014 the UK committed to reaching 30x30
- The overview of activities that can be compatible with MPAs was addressed in relation to the IUCN categories.
