On December 14, 2022 two discussion sessions on Organizational Development
were held for the CCB network.
When: December 14, 2022, 1st session from 10:00 to 11:30 CET & 2nd session from 13:00 to 14:30 CET.
Between the two sessions, there was the CCB's 3rd Annual Winter Fest from 11:30 to 13:00 CET on December 14, 2022.
Who: This event was dedicated to CCB's MOs and Observers and was on invitation only.
Why do we work on CCB's organizational development?
Within the last years, we have started reflecting on how our Coalition has been growing, rising and falling, learning to walk and talk, fighting and getting bruises, gaining and losing partners, laughing and crying, and becoming mature together.

This event was the continuation of the previous workshop organised in 2020 and 2021.
Why do we work on CCB's organizational development?
