On 28 October 2021 was held online the Workshop on Ecosystem Based Fisheries Management (EBFM) Science (Pew&Sciaena).
The key objective of this workshop was to generate a common understanding among NGOs working on fisheries and marine conservation in the Northeast Atlantic on the implementation of Ecosystem Based Fisheries Management (EBFM). Participants of the event explored and discussed the current state of play and the necessary advances needed in science to move towards a sufficiently robust knowledge base.
