What is the Clean Games project:
Clean Games are team competitions in waste collecting and sorting. During games players use our mobile app - just like Pokemon Go. Since 2014 more than 1000 games have taken place in 20 countries. Up to 1500 people take part in one game and collect 20 tons for an hour. On average a player collects 10 times more waste during Clean Games than during traditional clean-ups.
Description
Clean Games are team competitions on collecting litter and sorting it out. An exciting game with prizes, where participants solve environmental puzzles, search for artifacts, collect and sorting litter, getting points for it. Statistics of games were conducted in real time on the website and in the mobile application.
On September 21, was held the first international tournament — Baltic Clean Cup. In one day, there were ten games with a total on-line rating in countries that have coastlines along the Baltic Sea.
