In conjunction to the 2nd Baltic Maritime Spatial Planning Forum
in Riga on 23-24 November, CCB arranged a seminar to introduce Maritime Spatial Planning, the EU Directive on MSP and public participation in this work. Part of the seminar was also dedicated to the Aarhus convention
on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters.
