Official meetings of all HELCOM Working and Experts Groups and other subsidiary bodies are postponed due to the HELCOM strategic pause until further notice, however, informal consultation sessions, without Russian participation, are organized and hosted by a Contracting Party.

Description
The fifth informal consultation session of the Joint HELCOM/Baltic Earth Expert Network on Climate Change (IC EN CLIME 5-2024) will be convened on 4-5 March 2024 as an online session. The Session will start at 11:00 CET/12:00 EET on 4 March and is expected to terminate by 12:00 CET/13:00 EET on 5 March.

Outcomes of the meeting:
- Coalition Clean Baltic shared its 2023 report “Climate Change in the Baltic Sea Region: Trends, Risks and Solutions for the Most Impacted Communities and for Everyone”. The report aims to help in implementation of action HT2 of the HELCOM BSAP.
