Checklist for Environmental Citizens' Organisations in the Baltic Sea Region on Good River Basin Management

The document is written for NGOs and active members of the public who are interested in the ongoing water management planning process and need some help in orientation in the relevant documents. The purpose of this document is also to present a check-list of important elements that should be included in all River Basin Management Plans (RBMP) in the Baltic Sea Area (BSR).
