THE 15th CCB GENERAL MEETING

was held on 21 May in "Uzlissia" Hotel located in nice surroundings of Lviv, Ukraine.

The General Meeting decided on granting the status of a full CCB member organisation to GUIDE Environmental Group, Kaliningrad, Russia. Also, the General Meeting decided on granting the status of observers with CCB to three organisations: Latvian Green Movement, Riga, Latvia, Association of the Greens of Karelia, Petrozavodsk, Russia, and Western Centre of the Ukrainian Branch of the World Laboratory, Lviv, Ukraine.

The General Meeting considered and approved Annual reports, the balance sheet and the Auditor's report for the two last fiscal years.

The General Meeting elected the Chairman of the CCB Board and CCB Board Members, and CCB Board Alternates.

The General Meeting elected the Auditor and Deputy Auditor, and adopted the CCB Plan of Action 2007-2008 until the 16th General Meeting.

The General Meeting made the decision to convene the 16th General Meeting of CCB in May 2008 in Russia.

The General Meeting adopted the Appeal to the Parliament of Republic of Lithuania and Government of Republic of Lithuania with concern about possible revision of the List of protected rivers in Lithuania.
